 Charles's career journey has been shaped by business development and operations in complex and fast-moving environments across various industries.

During his previous experience at John Paul, as co-founder, he significantly contributed to the remarkable and profitable growth of the company. In 8 years, he succeeded in transforming a small startup with less than 10 people into a global group with a staff of almost 1,000, before being acquired by Accor in November 2016.

In that context, he was able to achieve key milestones:
1.    Set up the company’s core functions – contact center operations, IT, HR, Finance, digital marketing and partnerships,
2.    Scaled efficiently the French operations by aligning organization, processes and tools to support the remarkable business development, 
3.    Set up new operations in the UK, Morocco, China and Singapore to support John Paul's international development,
4.    Further to the acquisition of a US company in 2015, directed the Integration Management Office (IMO) allowing to design and build a new organization through an in-depth integration process addressing all functions across 3 regions (EMEA, North America, and Asia-Pacific),
5.    Further to the acquisition by Accor in 2016, designed and directed a global operations restructuring plan and reduced annual costs by over €2M.

After leaving John Paul in 2019, he now leverages his past experiences to help startups and scaleups execute their strategy by organizing and structuring their operations and development better and faster.

Charles is a graduate in aeronautical engineering from ESTACA.
